We are a part of the WOG Group which was established in 2010 and as of November 30, 2025, our Company has four Subsidiaries, comprising three direct Subsidiaries and one step-down Subsidiary (which is a Material Subsidiary). To efficiently execute our projects outside India and to comply with applicable local regulatory, tax and operational requirements in various jurisdictions, we have incorporated two Subsidiaries in Singapore. These Subsidiaries serve as on-ground operating entities for project bidding, contracting, procurement and liaison with local authorities and stakeholders and also provide enhanced convenience to our overseas customers by facilitating jurisdiction-specific compliance, documentation, reporting and contractual formalities required in the ordinary course of project execution.
 
We deploy advanced wastewater treatment technologies, including membrane bioreactors (MBR), zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) systems, anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR) systems, advanced oxidation processes and waste-to-green energy conversion technologies. As of November 30, 2025, the WOG Group has executed 179 projects across 9 states and 1 union territory in India and 16 countries globally, including in South Asia, South East Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean. 
 
We operate through two principal business models: (i) Engineering, Procurement and Construction / Engineering, Procurement and Management (EPC/EPM), under which we design, engineer, procure, construct and commission water and wastewater treatment infrastructure on a project-specific basis; and (ii) Operations and Maintenance (O&M), under which we manage day to-day operations, supply consumables, process monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance and compliance of treatment facilities after commissioning.  
 
We are increasingly integrating advanced waste-water treatment technologies and engineering solutions to deliver projects with low operating costs, reduced power consumption and minimal environmental impact. Our initiatives include the adoption of bio methane as a replacement for coal and diesel in select projects, incorporation of water recycling systems aligned with circular economy principles and solutions supporting clients’ compliance with tightening regulatory discharge norms, sustainability frameworks and Board level ESG commitments and BRSR reporting.
