Conventional UASB reactors for wastewater treatment have long been trusted for handling high-strength industrial and municipal effluents. But as industries demand higher COD removal, stable biogas generation and compact designs, innovation becomes essential.
At WOG, we have re-engineered the High Efficiency UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) reactor to deliver superior treatment capacity, energy recovery and operational reliability—all within a smaller footprint.
Stainless steel and FRP construction for corrosion resistance and structural durability exceeding 20 years of service life.
Modular skid-mounted or containerized designs enabling up to 40% reduction in installation time compared to conventional builds.
Flow capacities ranging from 10 to 500+ m³/h, ensuring scalability for small and large industrial facilities.
Integrated sludge hoppers and oil skimmers providing up to 60% reduction in manual sludge handling and disposal frequency.
Easy access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance reducing downtime by approximately 30% during service intervals.
Optional DAF (dissolved air flotation) pairing achieving up to 90% removal efficiency for suspended solids, oils and greases in high-load wastewater
WOG’s CPI units are widely deployed in:
Over two decades of experience in industrial wastewater filtration systems.
Turnkey integration with effluent treatment plants, wastewater filtration systems and oil-water separators.
Custom design options for hazardous waste management, ETPs and ZLD plants.
Proven deployments across energy, chemicals and manufacturing sectors.
Backed by full operations and maintenance support.
Talk to our experts about integrating a high-performance CPI system into your water or wastewater treatment infrastructure. Whether as a standalone unit or part of a comprehensive ETP, WOG Technologies Limited delivers engineered separation with guaranteed results.
Unlike gravity separators, CPI systems use corrugated plate packs that increase surface area, enhancing the coalescence of oil droplets. This results in faster and more efficient oil separation, making CPI more effective in industrial applications with high flow and variable contaminants.
Yes. WOG designs CPI systems as modular units that can retrofit seamlessly into existing treatment trains. Our engineers assess influent quality and hydraulic constraints to optimize integration and performance.
CPI separators are low maintenance by design. Periodic cleaning of plates and removal of sludge is sufficient based on the history of solids accumulation. Additionally, WOG offers automated skimming and purge systems to minimize manual intervention.
CPI is best suited for removing free-floating oil. For emulsified oil, WOG recommends pairing CPI with chemical dosing or dissolved air flotation (DAF) units downstream to ensure complete oil removal.
Our systems are designed in accordance with the US EPA and EU Water Framework Directive standards. By removing up to 90% of free oil, grease and suspended solids, CPI units help facilities meet discharge and reuse regulations with confidence.
