We combine two-pass RO, continuous electro-deionization (CEDI)and UV oxidation to eliminate ionic and organic impurities. Polishing loops maintain < 1 ppb TOC and > 18 MΩ.cm resistivity, with regular auto-sanitization to prevent microbial growth. All systems can be validated to meet PW or WFI standards.

Yes, our systems are engineered to comply with both pharmaceutical and semiconductor industry standards. We integrate real-time resistivity, TOC and bacterial monitoring along with full traceability of operations through SCADA and CFR 21 Part 11-compliant software.

Our ultra-pure water systems include polishing units, ultrafilters and degassers to remove nano-level contaminants. All wetted parts are electropolished SS or PVDF and the systems are designed with low TOC piping, no dead legs and loop velocities above 1.0 m/s to prevent stagnation.
