We combine two-pass RO, continuous electro-deionization (CEDI)and UV oxidation to eliminate ionic and organic impurities. Polishing loops maintain < 1 ppb TOC and > 18 MΩ.cm resistivity, with regular auto-sanitization to prevent microbial growth. All systems can be validated to meet PW or WFI standards.
